What they needed
Results went up race by race with nothing linking them, so anyone wanting to know where they stood in the series had to read back through old posts and add it up themselves. The organisers needed somewhere to publish each race and have the series take care of itself.
What I built
A website for the series with a page for each race and each season. Results are uploaded after a race and the series standings, overall and by category, are worked out from them. Runners can filter and search results by name or club. The organisers edit race details and results themselves.

The outcome
Results and standings are published on the day, in one place, and a runner can see their position in the series the moment a race goes up. Nobody adds anything up by hand.
